A pattern making department to meet customer needs and offer a more comprehensive range of plastics processing services.
This unit boasts operators with decades of experience in using both manual techniques and CNC milling machines to construct: moulds, patterns, checking jigs and cutting templates.
The added value of the pattern making shop is the capability of supplying the customer with a 1:1 scale prototype part with the technical characteristics specified on the drawing in 10 to 15 working days.

Patterns can be made from the following materials: polyurethane, wood, aluminium-filled epoxy resin, fibreglass.
